What is there not to like about potential U.S. Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett? We are about to find out if President Donald Trump picks Judge Barrett to replace retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy on the high court.

President Trump says he will reveal his choice for the Supreme Court vacancy on Monday. No matter who the president picks the subsequent constitutionally required U.S. Senate confirmation hearings are guaranteed to be contentious, but if Barrett is selected liberal Senate Democrats will come unglued. They will attack Barrett as if she’s some kind serial killer fit for execution. If it comes, Barrett’s nomination to the high court will set off fireworks in the Senate hearing room not seen since the confirmation hearings of Robert Bork and Clarence Thomas decades ago. If there is a serial killer in the hearing room it’s the liberals who continue supporting the legal killing of millions of unwanted children through ‘Roe Vs Wade.’

Previous to Justice Kennedy’s announcement, nobody much has ever heard of this woman whose legal resume is impeccable. She is perfectly qualified to serve on the nation’s highest court.

Barrett, 46, graduated St. Mary’s Dominican High School in New Orleans in 1990 then went onto college to study English Literature and then onto Notre Dame Law School where she was executive editor of the Notre Dame Law Review. She is first-class Ivy League. She already has worked in the U.S. Supreme Court as a law clerk in the office of the late Justice Antonin Scalia.

She and her husband Jesse have seven children including two they adopted from the island nation of Haiti. The Barrett’s are Catholic and they believe in Jesus Christ God Almighty.

If President Trump selects Barrett, the Democrats are about to embarrass themselves for days, perhaps weeks as Barrett’s nomination is debated – all on national TV news with the nation’s mid-term election only four months away – and they parade their special brand of ‘Trump hate’ in front of the voters.

Here’s the kicker – President Trump nominated Barrett in May 2017 for a federal judgeship and she was later confirmed by the U.S. Senate by a vote of 55 to 43. She now serves as a United States Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. She has been through this Senate gauntlet before and recently so she has some idea of what to expect. It will be interesting to see if those same 55 senators that approved her judgeship last October may go thumbs down on her nomination to the Supreme Court. If she was good enough then why turn against her now? Maybe some of the 43 liberal Senate Democrats that voted against her last year may come to see this woman’s well-documented legal brilliance as a constitutionalist and jump ship and do what’s right. She will interpret the U.S. Constitution’s intent as it is written – not the ways the liberals wish it was written.

During these new confirmation hearings on Barrett, it’s a sure bet that U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) will again hammer her Catholic faith and how her beliefs would sway her decisions especially in regards to the legal abortion law better known as ‘Roe Vs Wade.’ Feinstein, a Jew, in commenting about Barrett’s Catholic faith said, “… the dogma lives loudly within you, and that is a concern.” This statement is clearly biased against Christianity.

During this hearing, Barrett said, “It is never appropriate for a judge to impose that judge’s personal convictions, whether they arise from faith or anywhere else,” according to Wikipedia.

Feinstein voted against Barrett last October and she will again right along with the rest of the liberals in total contempt of this woman’s professional qualifications. Again we will see just how much the liberal left hates President Trump. If Barrett is the nominee she should be confirmed, applauded and issued keys to the court.

Never one to back down from a fight, President Trump surely knows nominating Barrett will set off a firestorm of controversy fueled by ‘Roe Vs Wade.’ Perhaps this whole issue of abortion needs to be revisited by the high court sometime in the near future especially in light of states, like Iowa, breaking away from ‘Roe Vs Wade’ and the U.S. Constitution. Iowa recently passed the strongest anti-abortion law in the USA, but Iowa’s new law has yet to be constitutionally tested and when it is that may set the stage for the undoing of ‘Roe Vs Wade.’

What these liberals fail to realize is — in the morning when this woman gets her seven kids off to school — she goes to work holding the U.S. Constitution in her hands — not the Bible.
