This video taken by Esteban Saborío at the Herradura beach Marriott Los Sueños Resort, adjacent to Jacó on Costa Rica’s central Pacific coast shows the strong impact of this evening’s 6.9 magnitude earthquake.

The earthquake was felt virtually throughout the entire country.
