Thomas J. Cook settled into his new home in Herradura, Costa Rica back in July 20 this year, a little over a month later, in August 23, the 62-year old man went missing.
Cook’s sister, Sandra LeFrance and other family members have been looking for him since, the official report was filed in Costa Rica las Sunday and the Judiciary Investigative Police (OIJ) requested the assistance of the public today in providing information on Cook’s whereabouts.
The last trace of the US native is a visit to an ATM in Jaco beach.
According to information released, Cook had been spending time with a young woman who he also lend money to.
Cook is approximately 5’4, has white skin, grey eyes, and between 155 to 176 pounds.
His sister described him as a funny and very social man, according to them, they visited the apartment he rented in Herradura and everything was gone.
