The number of full-time employed persons in the United States of America has hit an all-time high of 155,965,000 workers, according to TradingEconomics.com. Now folks this figure is not small potatoes. This means that 48-percent of the USA’s population of 325.7-million (2017) is working productively. The month of July recorded a low unemployment rate of 3.9-percent.

This new economic future in the USA is bright and hopefully sustainable. What changed? Nineteen months of President Donald Trump eliminating business-strangling regulations, cutting personal and corporate income taxes, and attempting to level the playing field with international trade – is what changed, and as a result the Dow Jones stock market is up 40-percent or so since Trump took office.

More African-Americans, Hispanics and other minorities are working than ever before. A well-spoken African-American man about 25-years-old was interviewed on Fox News during a recent Trump Rally in Pennsylvania. He said he did not vote for any candidate for president in 2016, but he planned to vote in the November mid-term national election and he planned to vote for President Trump in 2020 as long as the employment outlook stayed the same. He said more members of his family and community were working than ever before – off of public assistance and food stamps. This is what President Trump is all about.

Sure, we all wish this president wasn’t as boisterous, confrontational and controversial as he is, but he’s delivering on his promises where many others have failed. Every time President Trump holds a rally the people come with cheering enthusiasm. The last three rallies in Florida, Pennsylvania and Ohio were sell outs packed to the walls with pro-Trump supporters – real Americans with pride for the National Anthem, the U.S. Flag, the military and law enforcement. Ray Charles can see what’s going on here, but the Democrats and Libby Nation cannot.

The anti-Trump rhetoric coming in from all sides looks more and more foolish the more President Trump succeeds. You just have to shake your head when you hear late-night comedians like Bill Mahar say something such as “The only way to get rid of Trump is to crash the economy” and his comments are repeated endlessly on mainstream media as if they were funny. Oh boy!

No wonder President Trump hammers on mainstream media – especially CNN – as “fake, fake disgusting news.” A video — going viral on social media — from a recent Trump rally — showed CNN reporter Jim Acosta up in the elevated news stand at the rear of the auditorium. He was giving a live report on CNN when a large portion of the audience on the floor drowned him out with spontaneous repeated chanting of “CNN sucks, CNN sucks.” During rallies President Trump often points at them taunting all of the news media present.

It would be nice if the relationship between President Trump and mainstream media was more respectful, but much of mainstream media deserves no respect. They are now mostly commentators with anti-Trump sentiments that belong more in tabloid-sensational journalism.

Here’s something that mainstream media failed to cover. African-American Pastor Darrell Scott participated in a Wednesday White House gathering of 20 other inner-city pastors, President Trump and members of his staff. His comments came unsolicited — out of the blue — and were transcribed into the official White House records.

Scott, 60, is co-founder of President Trump’s National Diversity Coalition.

“This is probably the most pro-active administration regarding urban America and the faith-based community in my lifetime,” Scott said to the group. “This president actually wants to prove something to our community, our faith-based community and our ethnic community. This is probably going to be the most pro-black president I’ve seen in my lifetime.”

Of course, President Trump loved his words of support and he thanked him in front of everyone.

Well said Pastor Scott – very well said.
