Los Angeles, Aug 15 (EFE).- Mexican actress Salma Hayek has obtained a restraining order against two female fans she says have been impersonating her and even threatened to kidnap her 7-year-old daughter, Valentina, celebrity news Web site TMZ reported.
A Los Angeles judge issued the temporary order after reviewing evidence submitted by the celebrity, who was nominated for a best-actress Oscar for her role in the 2002 biopic “Frida.”
One of the women said in an e-mail that she knew where her daughter would be and asked how much her life might be worth, according to Hayek.
The actress said the women have been impersonating her in Los Angeles with the goal of inserting themselves in her life, TMZ reported Friday.
The judge ordered the two women to stay 100 yards away from Hayek, her daughter and her husband.
A new court hearing is scheduled for September, when the judge will decide whether to make the order permanent. EFE
