We are Brenda and Christopher Cottes and we are the Samara-Carrillo Info Center! Well we are more then that really. We are the Welcome Center, Tourist Information, Travel Planning, Booking Station, Lost and Found, Volunteer Center, Job Bank and more.

Between the two of us we have lived in Costa Rica for over 20 years and have been to almost every part of the country and at one time or another have done almost everything. After settling down and getting married in Samara the idea struck us to develop the first and only actual Tourist Info Center in the area. Our goal is to represent all business equally while selecting the best fit for your needs and steer people clear of local scams and rip offs while providing you with what you need.

We are a free information center for residents and tourists of Samara & Carrillo and surrounding area and we have recently expanded our services to cover all of Costa Rica and even into Southern Nicaragua and Northern Panama. Our services extend from bus schedules to directions and free map to recommendations for accommodations, restaurants, attractions, tours, transportation and events.

We can help with your land, air, and sea transportation needs.
