On-site yoga programs and holistic retreats continue to expand at Rancho Margot’s Center for Natural Living, which hosted its first Yoga Teacher Training in 2010. In the years since inception, the Center for Natural Living has hosted five 200-hour trainings in which dozens of students from around the globe have been certified as instructors with Yoga Alliance.
“We are thrilled to see such growth in programs like our 200-Hour YTT,” says Irum Naqvi, Director of the Center for Natural Living. “Rancho Margot offers an incredible space for people seeking a holistic experience or a life-positive place to study and practice yoga.”
Rancho Margot’s 200-Hour YTT offers students an experience like none other. Participants receive accommodations at Rancho Margot’s eco lodge, three meals each day from an organic buffet and access to Rancho Margot’s plethora of amenities including natural warm and cold pools, rainforest hiking trails, adventure tours and other eco lodge services. Recognized as “Best Place to Stay” in Northwest Costa Rica by Lonely Planet 2012, YTT at Rancho Margot offers undisturbed calmness of mind and the cultivation of lifelong friendships.
“We are so thankful that yogis around the globe have recognized the importance of pairing their holistic lifestyle practices with paramount life decisions like sustainability, self-sufficiency and clean food,” says Rancho Margot owner and founder, Juan Sostheim.
The Center for Natural Living sits nestled amongst trees and perched above the Caño Negro River at Rancho Margot. The facilities are designed in an open-air concept that allows practitioners to feel completely submerged in nature while offering protection from the elements.
