In the coming weeks remember the legal term ‘TAINTED.’ It was learned on Tuesday that FBI agent Peter Strzok showed up for work last Friday at the J. Edgar Hoover FBI building in downtown Washington, DC like it was just another day, but later that same day he was escorted out of the building pending disciplinary review involving the hundreds of anti-Trump phone texts he sent to and received from other FBI high-level employees before and after Donald Trump won the presidency.

Strzok remains on the FBI’s payroll but his days are numbered as he is sure to follow in the footsteps of his former boss Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, who was fired earlier this year for lying to congress on several occasions.

Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz revealed Tuesday, while testifying to the U.S. Congress, that his office is investigating whether Strzok’s documented bias had any influence with the creation of the FBI’s opening of the Russia/Trump campaign collusion probe after Trump was elected in November 2016. This new information is perhaps the single most important revelation to come out of Horowitz’s two days of testimony.

Horowitz’s disclosure directly relates to the ongoing Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Trump/Russia probe that Mueller took over after former FBI Director James Comey was fired by President Trump soon after he took office. It was Strzok that lead the Trump/Russia probe under Comey’s direction. Mueller removed Strzok from his investigative team after these extremely biased phone texts started to be made public a few at a time. But over time, these phone texts revealed a deep hatred toward President Trump before and after he was elected that he shared with at least four other FBI agents and FBI lawyers – who all worked on the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email scandal and/or the FBI’s Trump/Russia probe.

Comey, McCabe, Strzok and the other four officially unnamed FBI agents and lawyers are all on record with their bias against President Trump, including U.S. Department of Justice former U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch and acting U.S. Attorney General Sally Yates, who President Trump also fired for insubordination for failure to enforce an Executive Order involving immigration issues with Muslin-majority countries. Yates was appointed acting U.S. Attorney General after Lynch left office, but only served 10 days leaving Rod Rosenstein to become Deputy U.S. Attorney General – who now is overseeing Mueller’s Trump/Russia investigation that has been going on for more than a year costing taxpayers millions.

Mueller currently has on his investigative staff numerous lawyers with direct ties to the Clinton campaign and Democrats in general. He has been highly criticized for his staff choices in light of the politically charged atmosphere that suggests his investigation exits solely to find something – anything — to bring down the Trump presidency.

Reports say Mueller’s investigative report will be released Sept. 1. The reasoning behind the beginning of the Trump/Russia probe led by Strzok is tainted. Those surveillance warrants used to spy on the Trump campaign were based upon that fake Trump/Russia dossier that Comey and Strzok used as justification to begin the Trump/Russia probe – it’s all tainted and coming from investigators that were blinded by their own political bias and hatred of the new president.

It doesn’t take long to find the term “Fruit of the Poisonous Tree” when defining ‘tainted evidence’ that is illegally obtained such as those surveillance warrants. Horowitz also said his office is looking into how these surveillance warrants were obtained and who approved the applications for these FISA warrants.

In general terms tainted means contaminated, infected, polluted or stained. Everything Comey and his cronies touched is tainted to the gills. This series of events that led to Rosenstein’s appointment of Mueller and Mueller’s subsequent Trump/Russia probe is tainted. No matter what his forthcoming report contains – it is all tainted and therefore corrupt. It’s all infected with political bias that should not exist in any law enforcement agency from the FBI down to the local sheriff’s office.

‘Equal Justice Under Law’ is easy to say but polluted with political bias as thick as London fog — it’s impossible to deliver – ‘Equal Justice Under Law.’
