Having former President Obama coming out of the woodwork giving long, boring speeches along with former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton coming out of the woods to support female candidates is doing nothing good for the Democratic Party. These ‘has beens’ have no message for the future while they claim the current economy is all their doing from years ago. They are so deceived by their hatred for the incumbent president.

They apparently think they will sway the political winds their way and regain control of the U.S. Congress from the Republicans for this upcoming Nov. 6 mid-term election. Dreamers.

In a speech last Friday in Illinois President Obama mostly talked about himself. News reports say he said the words “I,” “me” and “myself” for than 100 times in the 64-minute rambling speech. He also highly criticized President Donald Trump – which is highly disrespectful for a former president to come out against the current president. Team Obama says he will make many appearances up to the mid-terms just like President Trump and his Trump Rallies.

These washed up political stars from the past are all the Democratic National Committee has to put forward to rally their base. Who else are they going to march out – nut case Sen. Cory Booker from New Jersey or Sen. Kamala Harris from looney-tunes California?

President Obama is trying save what little legacy he has left to put in that Obama Presidential Library he has yet to build in violence-stricken Chicago. What’s he going to put in that library? He only has two claims to fame – being the first half-black president and a receiving a fake Nobel Peace Prize for doing nothing. That’s it! A broom closet is all he needs to display his legacy.

The liberal left is coming at President Trump fast and furious with everything they can dish out. Months ago famed Watergate reporter Bob Woodard was recruited to write as harsh a book as he could about President Trump and his administration and release it before the mid-terms. It’s as if they are counting on Woodward‘s stature as a Pulitzer Prize winner to do real damage to Team Trump. But apparently his book entitled “Fear” is backfiring on him. Trump administration officials one after another are discrediting Woodward’s book as fake journalism.

“The contemptuous words about the President attributed to me in Woodward’s book were never uttered by me or in my presence. While I generally enjoy reading fiction, this is a uniquely Washington brand of literature and his anonymous sources do not lend credibility,” said U.S. Secretary of Defense James N. Mattis in a statement released last week. “ … In serving in this administration, the idea that I would show contempt for the elected Commander-in-Chief, President Trump, or tolerate disrespect to the office of the President from within our Department of Defense, is a product of someone’s rich imagination.”

Woodward’s book is just another anti-Trump vehicle headed for the ditch soon to be available in your local thrift store for fifty-cents on the same shelf as Hillary’s “What Happened” work of nonsense and Omarosa’s book that nobody can remember the name.

Meanwhile, last Friday concluded the confirmation hearing for U.S. Supreme Court nominee federal Judge Brett Kavanaugh. The American voting public will long remember the circus atmosphere, the ugly-vocal protesters and the 140-arrests from inside the U.S. Capitol Building.

Amazingly even mainstream media could not overlook the travesty of the 4-day hearings.

CNN’s Senior Legal Analyst Jeffrey Toobin commented on-air: “Kavanaugh got the better” of both Sens. Cory Booker and Kamala Harris. He said their questioning was — “puzzling,” “unfair,” and “I don’t think it proved anything.”

CNN’s Jake Tapper agreed and said, “Democrats haven’t laid a glove on Kavanaugh.”

CNN’s John King responded “It’s all about politics. It was just a pretext to preen and pose for the camera.” ABC News commented on the “carefully choreographed” hearing drama: “It wasn’t a scene fit for kids.”

U.S. Senate Majority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has stated there will be no delay in Kavanaugh’s confirmation. The Senate Judiciary Committee’s vote will be on or about Sept. 20 followed by a procedural vote to end debate on or about Sept. 24. Then a full-Senate vote is set for around Sept. 26. If confirmed, Kavanaugh will take his seat on the high court on Oct. 1.

“Judge Kavanaugh’s judicial temperament and brilliance were on full display during this week’s hearings,” McConnell said in a TV news interview. “It’s easy to see why he is widely viewed as one of the finest legal minds in the nation. He will make an excellent Supreme Court Justice.”

Whether you are a far-right conservative or a far-left liberal – or anywhere in between – the smartest political philosophy these days is to be a realist who clearly sees who is president of the United States, accepts that working with not against the real president.

We wouldn’t want to monkey this up.
