Tickets are now on sale for the first-ever Craft Beer Festival in Costa Rica, which will take place at Avenida Escazu on Saturday, April 21st at 11:00 am. The festival will feature the best that our microbreweries have to offer, tastings, workshops, presentations, music, and a brew-off between craft beer makers based in Costa Rica.
The cost of a VIP ticket is 15,000 colones. A VIP ticket gives you the opportunity to taste up to 15 craft beers in 3-ounce glasses. VIP tickets are essentially all-access passes to the workshops, presentations and the brew-off tournament. A commemorative t-shirt, beer glass and a sticker will also be provided.
For those interested in trying their hand at setting up a microbrewery at home (it’s very feasible and a lot fun), a VIP pass is a must. TicoBirra, a business dedicated to supplying microbreweries with everything they need to get started -whether as a hobby or a serious business, will be at the festival.
The cost of a General Admission ticket is only 8,000 colones. This ticket is good for tasting up to 8 craft beers, attending the workshops, and taking home a commemorative glass.
Tickets can be purchased now at the following locations:
- TicoBirra: located on the main road to Pavas, diagonal to the Artistica in San Jose
- Costa Rica Craft Brewing: in Tejar de Cartago, 800 meters west of Riteve
- La Bodega de Chema: 125 meters south of Casa Italia, on 10th Ave. and 29th St. in San Jose
On the day of the Festival, tickets can be purchased right at Avenida Escazu.
