Costa Rica’s Philharmonic Orchestra Presents: The Best of Metallica

Every presentation of the Costa Rican Philharmonic Orchestra sells out, this speaks of the high level of the musicians and the excellent show the artists guided by Director Marvin Araya deliver every single time.

Their recently announced concert promises to continue offering the attendees an unforgettable experience, the opportunity to enjoy the music of the famous band Metallica interpreted in a very innovative format.

The concert, a production of Dopingue Producciones, will take place at the Coca-Cola Amphitheater of Parque Viva, September 8, and it’s a tribute to lovers of heavy metal.

Musical arrangements are being handled by Paul Rubinstein, Mario Alvarez, Mario Mora and Luis Diego Vargas. The singers that will be interpreting the best songs of Metallica are: Antón Daruisso, Gustavo Salazar, Kurt Dyer and Manuel Barrantes.

The pre-sale of the tickets began today, August6, for American Express Cardholders and extends through August 9 at 8 a.m.; this day the sale begins for Credomatic cardholders that will have priority until August 11 at 8 a.m.; after 8 a.m. August 11, tickets are available for purchase by the general public.

Prices start at 21,500 colones (approximately $38 USD) and the most expensive tickets in locality Golden Circle Special have a cost of 30,500 colones (approximately $54.00 USD).
