Kazakhstan was simply superior, technically organized , with a strong offensive line and in control of the game. Costa Rica’s goalkeeper Jairo Toruño despite the score had a good performance blocking several shots. Costa Rica seemed disorganized and wasn’t able to capitalize in the opportunities it had to score. This result complicates Costa Rica’s scenario to classify into the next stage, the three points earned in their game against Salomon Island help but La Sele Futsal is obligated to get a win over Argentina on Sunday.
